You guys are good! Really good. You got all but 2 correct!
And so ends “Where is it Week”. Thank you for participating in our first ever weeklong themed series. 35 images, 35 posts. No doubt you noticed that some of these images were higher quality than others. That’s purely the result of having had different cameras with me when I visited these various places. On occasion, it was a full Nikon or Pentax DSLR kit with super special glass, other times… small, low budget point and shoot cameras. The best camera is the one you have with you… as the cliche goes.
So, here are the results:
1/35
Location: Gateway above the Islands of Adventure theme park at Universal Studios, Orlando, Florida.
Congratulations to: Frank Villafane, though he stated that this was at the Lord of the Rings ride there. To the best of my knowledge, there is no actual LOTR ride in Universal Studies.

Thanks for a fun week! You sure have traveled around. Hope we see another week like this in the future. Amazing how some places can look like others without details.
Thanks, Rodney. Glad you liked it.
I have a few ideas for a second round. Stay tuned!
Rey
Rey, I really enjoyed getting to view these beautiful images and places but I was at a loss on some of them. That’s the reason I never commented. It was a fun week and I looked forward to each and every one of the photos. Ditto, Rodney, hope you will do this again.
Donna
Thank you, Donna. Definitely going to do it again…
Rey
Thanks again for this week!!! It brought back so many beautiful memories. Life gets hectic and I forgot there were some images that I had forgotten from my “sorted past”!!!!!!
Oh…….that cowboy…….cowboys!!!!!!!!
Thanks, Karen. Nice job. You got some of the more difficult ones.
Rey
Great assortment of photos. I’ve been to many of these places but with a few exceptions, they really look different through someone else’s eyes (camera). Also makes me realize how many places I have not been to.
“Travel is the best classroom”. That’s a paraphrase (or butchery) of a Mark Twain quote and I completely agree!
Rey
Lots of fun guys! Thanks for the posting. It was very entertaining.
Rich…
P.S. Nice job Karen!!!
Thanks a lot, Rich. And thank you for participating!
Rey
What a unique thing to do with ones photos!! That was fun. Thanks guys.
Glad you liked it, Prentis. Some of my favorite shots were from your neck of the woods…
Rey
Wasn’t able to follow the whole week, but was a lot of fun!
Glad you liked it, Karrie…
