Inner Harbor sure is beautiful…. in color or in black and white. I got a decent shot of the Harbor from a cruise ship once. Where was this take from Frank? I am not familiar with commerce place.

And yes, Inner Harbor is stunning at night, or in the daytime. It is Baltimore’s most popular attraction (imho).
