A stunning black and white – WOW!
Inner Harbor sure is beautiful…. in color or in black and white. I got a decent shot of the Harbor from a cruise ship once. Where was this take from Frank? I am not familiar with commerce place.
I took this shot from atop the Commerce Place Building. It is the prominent building at 1 South St in Baltimore. You can get a good look at this building here:

It would be the one with the lit rooftop.
And yes, Inner Harbor is stunning at night, or in the daytime. It is Baltimore’s most popular attraction (imho).
