Recently, Rey and I shared some photos of our visit to a nearby zoo. As you would expect, those posts featured photos of various animals in their own worlds, keeping to themselves, and most likely, not even aware of us.
In front of the snow leopard exhibit, we paused to look at that beautiful animal, in it’s spacious cage. But what I was drawn to was this man, who barely moved for the several minutes that we lingered, and who gazed steadily into the cage and at these flowers. Rey and I talked to each other about the snow leopard, the flowers, the weather and who knows what else, but this man was unflinching.
Regardless of what went on around him, he stayed in his own world, kept to himself, and most likely, was not even aware of us.

I LOVE photos like this Ed. The story(s) behind them and the mysteries are fascinating. Does this man love flowers? Did he just lose a loved one? Is he thinking of a childhood memory? Nice capture and story.
cheers, Rodney
Did you do anything to the color?
Yes, I used selective the color tool to convert the image to BW except for the flowers.
