Monument Valley Navajo Tribal Park is a part of, and managed by the Navajo Nation. There are some 300,000 Navajo people living within the 16 million acre Navajo Nation.
This spactacular area was one of the highlights of our two week trip through America’s Southwest last fall. It has been the site of many films including Stagecoach (1939), 2001: A Space Oddyssey and even Forest Gump. A complete listing can be found here.
